Hotels in the Bercy area of Paris lie just to the south-east of the centre of Paris near to the River Seine; a large recently developed district.
Historically the area had many wine warehouses, some of which have been restored to form Bercy Village, a trendy retail development known for its food restaurants.

What to expect from the Bercy hotel area of Paris?
Location
Apart from a large park with lakes and plenty of green space, the district is now redeveloped with new high build density office and residential developments. In among this are several large, recently built hotels, all owned by well-known chains, dominated by Accor who have hotels of their ibis, ibis Styles, Novotel and Pullman brands located here.
These hotels offer very good hotel room rates given the quality of the accommodation, and given that much of their custom is business orientated. They offer especially good rates at weekends and holiday periods like the month of August.
Transport connections
Metro line 14 runs through this new district offering fast transport to the centre of Paris in only 3 or 4 stops. The first stop is Gare de Lyon, less than 1km away and also serviced by a local bus that travels through Bercy.
Gare de Lyon is a major train terminus for Paris serving Lyon and the Mediterranean coastal cities of Marseilles and Nice. Air France also operate a frequent airport coach service to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from here.
