Nearly all hotels are mid-range and top of the market luxury hotels; however there are few budget hotel options here.
The Champs-Elysees is of course one of the most famous streets in the world with its cinemas, cafés, luxury goods shops, such as Cartier, and clipped horse-chestnut trees either side of the wide avenue itself.
It should be noted that the main department stores like Galeries Lafayette are located elsewhere along Boulevard Haussmann north of the Opera Garnier in the centre of Paris.

What to expect from the Champs-Elysees hotel area in Paris?
Location
The Champs-Elysees area is not particularly central and is located just west of the central parts of Paris where you find the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral.
The Champs-Elysees is fully 2km (1.25m) long. For visitors the Arc de Triomphe at its western end is where the main shops and ambience end. A classic walk in Paris is to start at the Arc de Triomphe and walk the length of the Champs-Elysees slightly downhill, then walk through the Tulleries Gardens to the Louvre.
Transport
Line 1 of the Paris Metro runs the entire length of the Champs-Elysees and goes on to major visitor attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame.
The Arc de Triomphe is a bit of a transport hub with airport buses run by Air France servicing both major airports, 3 Metro lines radiating in all directions and the RER line with frequent direct trains to Disneyland.
